Hi Ladies!

A Big Thank You goes out to the Millennium for a great dinner. Another Thank You goes out to Ann Warren and Mary Schroeder for the wonderful games and prizes they provided. Another Big Thank You also goes to Joanna Seebeck for helping me put all this together and picking up the last minute stuff. A Big Hug and Thank You to Judy Huyvaert for helping me hold it together and being supportive. Lastly, and most importantly, our own Jeanette T. Wells did a beautiful installation with relation to a Christmas Tree. Thank You to All for making it a great night!

Also, please try to attend our January 5th Meeting at the Glendale Lakes Golf Club. We will be working on updating the yearbook, Candlelight Bowl Admission and Raffle Tickets will be available, and committee sign up, to name a few. Annual dues will be due this month and the Chairman's procedure books will also have to be handed in. Reports, as usual will also be do.

I would like to Thank Becki Tybor, Mary Wolski, and Laura Burke for stepping up and being our  new board, I am excited to be working with them over the next year. Also, Ladies, please consider stepping up and taking on a committee for this year, it is fun and rewarding to get busy on a project and to have help completing it.

Hope you all will have a safe, healthy, and happy Holiday Season!

Thank You!

Vice President's Report

Laura Burke 653-5664,  Lburke3942@aol.com

Wow! What a fun banquet in December! Huge thanks to Joyce for all of her hard work in organizing the evening and to all that assisted in making every minute special.Congratulations to our new President, Joyce Hundhausen, Secretary, Mary Wolski and Treasurer, Becki Tybor! Once again, another strong board for this club!  I am thrilled to be more involved this upcoming year and plan on focusing on building the club in membership and community awareness. A special hand shake of thanks to Judy and Jeanette who have already started to educate some of your new board members on the do's and do's for the next term. Their visions and knowledge will remain our tools (they don't know it yet!) for the upcoming year. ......be sure to get your raffle tickets (or turn in your sales proceeds) as there's less then 60 days to sell them all. See you real soon!

Immediate Past President/Reporting

Judy Huyvaert, 894-8615, jhuyvaert1@hotmail.com

Hi girls...hope you had an excellent holiday. I so enjoyed our Christmas meeting- many thanks to our own Jeanette T. Wells, 5th District Junior Director for performing a fabulous installation of officers. Congratulations to Joyce, Laura, Mary & Rebecca!! Also many thanks to Ann Warren & Mary Shroeder for all the games & prizes- that was outstanding!

As you receive this, we should be underway working on reporting. For those of you who don't know, reporting is done annually by the Immediate Past President, President & Vice President ( and Jeanette when I sucker her into it). It is basically a compilation of all the activities our club has done the previous year, sent by category to our District & State Federation. There are Chairmen for each Committee/Department or Special Emphasis who receive these reports from clubs all over the state. Reports are judged and awards given out at both the District & State level based on club size & activities. In addition to awards, club information is vital to the Federation in receiving grants and allowing for scholarships on a much larger scale from corporations. You know all the good work we do as one small club, so imagine how much is done by all the clubs throughout the state and the country! I will always have report forms on hand for you to record any projects done, not only so we can have this information for reporting, but also so that the next person doing that project has a guideline to follow!
